Permanex have a minimum charge on all jobs of one hour on
all jobs, thereafter work is charged at 1/2 hour intervals.
Should the job require a second or third engineer they will
be charged at the 1/2 hourly rate from their arrival. All
rates exclude the cost of materials and expenses incurred
e.g. congestion charge. All rates are subject to
VAT.
We offer a fixed price written or verbal quotation available
from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment
for an engineer to assess your job. All quotations are
subject to VAT.
Materials:
Materials supplied by Permanex Plumbing are charged at cost plus
35%. If collection time is applicable it will be kept to a minimum - any
charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and not exceed 1
hour.
Payment:
Payment must be made in full by card, cheque or cash to
the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
All work carried out in accordance with our Terms & Conditions
available on request and on the back of the invoice. Some estimates may
incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the
time of the appointment.
