Permanex have a minimum charge on all jobs of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged at 1/2 hour intervals. Should the job require a second or third engineer they will be charged at the 1/2 hourly rate from their arrival. All rates exclude the cost of materials and expenses incurred e.g. parking and congestion charge. All rates are subject to VAT.
             
We offer a fixed price written or verbal quotation available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an engineer to assess your job. All quotations are subject to VAT.

I can't believe it! After all my panicking this morning (please, please forgive me for that - based on previous painful experiences), Ashley's job has finished up incredibly superbly (beyond all our expectations in every way). A huge 'thank-you' to Ashley of course - for putting up with my distrust, and Also, I would so like him and Martin (who tried so hard also to fathom out what on earth was causing our usual air-lock in front bathroom - which has been a problem for 38 years) to know that just after Ashley left our home today:- managed to clear the air-lock!!! It was Martin's surprise that the bath and basin hot taps didn't work in a particular way during his experiments that gave me a clue.
